What Is TOUGH/Love?

TOUGH/Love is the perfect marriage of intensities, the Yin and Yang of fitness if you will. All classes start with a dynamic warm up which leads into a constantly varied collection of resistance and conditioning exercises. You will use your own body, surrounding tools (walls, ledges, chairs, stairs etc.) and basic equipment (depending on where class is held).

After your muscles are wonderfully engaged, sweat is flowing and you are are feeling worn out, you get to relax, restore and rejuvenate with the calming practice of Yin Yoga. This particular practice is the polar opposite of intense strength and conditioning training. Holding relaxed poses for extended periods of time and focusing on breathing allow your body to fully reap the rewards of exhausting your muscles.

You will be amazed at how you feel after this class. It is incredible how effective it is!
