Welcome to TOUGH / Love

TOUGH / Love is a unique fitness class focusing on balancing two important aspects of physical well-being. The first 45 minutes will be an array of high intensity functional movements set to time helping each person build strength, power and endurance, while the second 45 minutes will be a calming and regenerative form of Yoga.

Pleasance comes from an extensive Yoga background, with experience in almost every tradition. She has recently focused her teaching on prenatal and postnatal yoga/health. Pleasance has found a love for yin yoga and is excited about sharing it with the community.
She is also the founder of lil omm yoga (www. lilomm.com).

Courage was voted Washington DC's best trainer for 2009 and holds multiple certifications including a CrossFit level 1certification. His background in professional sports and his unique styles of training has made him the go-to strength coach for athletes and weekend worriors alike in the greater DC area (www.courageperformance.com).
